 Unit4 is a software company founded in 1980 and focuses on developing standard software programmes for several OS platforms. In 1994, Unit4 acquired Data Alert, active in the distribution of the Dr Solomon's anti-virus software products in the Benelux. Unit4 is transforming users of its older software products to its year 2000 compliant products. Unit4's strategy is focused on growth in net revenues and profit through license sales of its current products.
