Oce seeks to occupy a leading position in its markets world-wide by offering advanced products characterised by their high quality, reliability, productivity, durability, user-friendliness and environmental friendliness. Right from the design stage allowance is made for the maximum possible re-use of components and materials. This brings substantial cost savings and also minimises the environmental impact.

The Company seeks to invest around 7% of its turnover in Research & Development each year. Oce also strengthens its technology base via systematic cooperation - even in the development phase - with its suppliers and co-developers.

Since most of the sales and service activities are handled by Oce's own operating companies, Oce can provide professional support in a direct relationship with the customer. This also gives Oce access to the most up-to-date market information. As a result the Company can respond effectively to the needs of its markets by offering them a constantly updated and well-balanced range of products and services.

The head office of the Oce Group is located in Venlo, the Netherlands, where the business was first founded in 1877. The greater part of the research, production and international marketing activities are also concentrated in Venlo, within the central operating company Oce-Technologies B.V. The Oce Group also has research centres in Germany, France and the United States and manufacturing facilities in various other countries.
