Changes executive board Blue Fox
Blue Fox Enterprises N.V. ("Blue Fox") has reached agreement with Mr. M. Kuperus RC to become Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as of 1 March 2002. He will be nominated for this position as a member of the Executive Board at the annual general meeting of shareholders on 17 May 2002. Mr. Kuperus (age 39) was CFO and a member of the Executive Board of Devote N.V.

Blue Fox and Nedgraphics shareholders approve merger
Blue Fox and NedGraphics on Wednesday obtained approval from their shareholders for a legal merger of the two companies. Following the merger, the new combine will operate under the name Blue Fox Enterprises N.V., with the NedGraphics operating companies retaining their own names. The merger is expected to be effective and completed on 20 September.

Blue Fox achieves 25% growth of profits
Blue Fox Enterprises N.V.'s (Blue Fox) net profits rose in the first half of 2001 by 25% to EUR 0.81 mln, as against EUR 0.65 mln over the same period last year. Net turnover rose by 24% to EUR 28.5 mln, as against EUR 23.1 mln in the first half of 2000. Operating profit rose by 40% to nearly EUR 1.4 mln, as against EUR 1.0 mln in the first six months of last year.

Blue Fox Enterprises and Nedgraphics publice figures forward to 10 August 2001
Following the earlier announcement that Blue Fox Enterprises N.V. is to take over NedGraphics Holding N.V. by means of a legal merger, it was decided to move the publication of the companies' half-year figures forward to Friday 10 August 2001. Publication of the half-year figures for Blue Fox Enterprises N.V. was originally scheduled for 20 August 2001 and those for NedGraphics Holding N.V. for 7 September 2001.

ICT companies Blue Fox Enterprises N.V. ("Blue Fox") and NedGraphics Holding N.V ("NedGraphics") expect to reach agreement on the acquisition of NedGraphics by Blue Fox through a legal merger of the two companies. NedGraphics shareholders will receive one Blue Fox share for every two NedGraphics shares.

Blue Fox Enterprises N.V. has on Friday in its General Meeting of Shareholders provided information on the good results booked in the full year 2000 and also discussed the positive developments in the first four months of this year. Both the software division and the services division booked higher turnover and profit compared with the same period last year.

Blue Fox books turnover and profit rise of more than 36% in 2000
Blue Fox Enterprises N.V, the Dordrecht-based ICT services provider, in 2000 booked net profit of € 2.29 million, a rise of more than 36% on the € 1.68 million reported in 1999. Net turnover also rose by more than 36% to over € 55.57 million in 2000, from € 40.59 million in 1999. The operating result came in at € 3.65 million, up 48% from € 2.47 million in 1999.

Blue Fox realises profit forecast
Blue Fox Enterprises N.V. announces that it has comfortably achieved the forecast 30% rise in net profit in 2000. Net turnover was up proportionally which means the net profit margin was in line with last year. Earnings per share was also higher than previously expected. The ample increase in profits can be attributed to a strong autonomous growth in the second half of the year in CAD products and software licences as well as to the contribution from new acquisitions in the same period, in particular from Carrier to Carrier Telecom, which completed its first full financial year with a positive result.

Blue Fox Enterprises N.V. has opened its website www.software.nl to the public. This gives the company an extra sales channel on the internet, to complement the existing software distribution activities. The website www.software.nl offers customers the choice of 40,000 software products that are delivered to the home or office.

Blue Fox reported on Monday net profit for the first-half of 2000 remained flat at EUR 0.65 mln. Turnover almost doubled from EUR 12.6 mln to EUR 23.1 mln. Operating income remained flat at EUR 1.0 mln. Earnings per share for the first-half of 2000 dropped by 23% to EUR 0.49 due to the issue of new shares, compared with earnings per share of EUR 0.64 for the first-half of 1999.

Blue Fox net profit up 90%
Blue Fox reported on Monday net profit for 1999 almost doubled to EUR 1.7 mln, compared with net profit of EUR 0.9 mln the company booked in the comparible period of 1998. Turnover increased with 94% EUR 20.9 mln to EUR 40.6 mln. Organic growth accounted for 40% of the net profit increase, the company said.

Blue Fox acquires C2C
Blue Fox Enterprises announced on Monday the acquisition of satellite telecommunications company Carrier to Carrier (C2C), which is active in telecommunications and internet services via satellite. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. C2C was founded in 1999 plans and is planning to launch satellite internet connections within western Europe for small companies from its Biddinghuizen facilities.

Blue Fox reported on Monday net profit for the first-half of 1999 jumped 140% to EUR 651,000, compared with net profit of EUR 326,000 the company booked in the comparible period of 1998. Turnover increased 54% from EUR 8.16 mln to EUR 12.55 mln. Operating income jumped 140% from EUR 413,000 to EUR 996,000.

Blue Fox acquires two software distributors
Blue Fox Enterprises announced on Tuesday the acquisition of software distributors Kenfil Distribution and Nr.1 Software. The two companies booked combined 1998 turnover of NLG 45 mln and employ 35 people. With the acquisition, Blue Fox's turnover increases by 75%. The company said that the acquisition fit in its strategy to strengthen its position on the Dutch market for special software, hardware and related services.

Blue Fox subscription rights fall
Subscriptions rights in Blue Fox fell 18% prior to its launch on the Amsterdam stock exchange. The price of the shares has been set at EUR 14 when subscriptions opened on Tuesday. When the subscription closed on Thursday, the rights had dropped to EUR 1.60. Lead manager NIB said the flotation was a success.

The Amsterdam stock exchange announced today that trading in subscription rights for shares in Blue Fox could not begin due to an 'adminstrative mistake' by the bourse. The Amsterdam stock exchange said that there were no plans to compensate Blue Fox for the mistake and that the listing would go ahead on Friday.

Blue Fox opens subscripsions
Information technology company Blue Fox opens subscription on Tuesday at EUR 14 per share, the company announced today. Existing shareholders will float 351,390 ordinary shares and 337,357 new ordinary shares will be issued. There is also a greenshoe option of a further 103,312 shares. ABN Amro Bank and venture capital group Holland Venture are selling their stakes of almost 15%.
