Cardio Control has acquired all shares in its Swedish distribotor Normedis Health Care of Stockholm. With the move, Cardio Control is to strengthen its position on the Scandinavian market, the company said. Normedis employs 6 people and booked 1997 turnover of about NLG 1.6 mln. Cardio Control said that the acquisition of Normedis will contribute to its earnings per share immediately.
