From Palo Alto to San Luis Obispo On Wednesday, July 21, 2004, Hans, Rene, Veleda, Laurence, Charlotte and Maurits started a three day trip to Los Angeles to visit the Universal Studio's. Hans flew the N4383A and Rene flew the N8171V. We had a lunch stop in San Luis on the way to Santa Monica.

From San Luis Obispo to Santa Monica After lunch, we continued to Santa Monica. Hans flew IFR, and Rene VFR. Hans was directed via the north east of Santa Monica, passing Beverly Hills with the Twin high rise in the background.

Los Angeles, Universal studios The next day, Thursday July 22, 2004, we visited the Universal Studio's. At the end of the day, on our way to the hotel, we stopped by the Chinese Theatre.

From Santa Monica to Harris Ranch On Friday we flew back to Palo Alto with a lunch stop in Harris Ranch.
